Buying a HUD home is different from buying another type of foreclosed property. A HUD home can be very exciting as well as challenging. I am certified to help you through the entire process.

For me it is import to know exactly what your needs and expectations are. What are your goals as the buyer or seller? I will run through a series of questions with you to determine what’s going to work best for you and make any suggestions that might present themselves as the best opportunity.

For buyers, after having determined some general guidelines in the wants and needs in the new home I will present as many properties as possible. As we start to select ones of interest I will actually take the time to scope them out in person myself, so you don’t have to waste any additional time. Pictures can sometimes be deceiving and descriptions might leave out the fact that there’s a landfill next door. As we funnel down to our finalists, we will schedule a block of time or day to view all the properties together, hopefully finding that perfect home. 

For sellers, after discussing the goals and driving forces to sell the house, I will compile market data and visit the property to discuss potential sale price the home should be listed at and the marketing strategy along with it. Once that is agreed upon we will move it into an Exclusive listing status so it receives maximum marketing and hands on personal attention to get it sold quickly.
